Hello and thank you for checking out Virtually Yours.
My name is Sherry Harmon. I established Virtually Yours in January of 2003 shortly after moving to the small community of Colorado City, Colorado. Since then, I've been able to relocate back to my hometown of Grand Junction located on the western slope of Colorado without losing clients. I had heard of people working virtually but had never actually tried telecommuting; at least not on a serious basis. Thus began my adventure and my wonderful journey in the world of virtual work. And I have never been happier in my worklife. Ironically enough, when COVID hit in 2020, virtual work became the primary focus for many companies across the United States. So the long and short of it is that I've been virtual from BEFORE virtual was cool.
I am a native of Colorado. I am a graduate of Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado where I earned an Associate Degree in Music Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. My background has been in business management, paralegal work and vocational counseling. All of these have made my work in the virtual world one of pleasure and joy.
I have also been very gifted as an Event Planner and Organizer. I have successfully worked with multiple Non-Profit organizations in assisting them with fundraising and event coordination. Probably my most favorite thing is wedding planning and the opportunity to witness love, joy and happiness.
When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren, playing music with a municipal concert band and simply enjoying my life with friends and family.
